Ascension 12 - Chapter 3

Ufffff

I did it XD

When I finally finished I felt so releaved XD
The third chapters is twice as long as the previous two I didn't expect that^^

But it felt so good to just write such a long text again^^
Spell checking it was a pain though

In the end, while writing, I realized that I was going far to far with explaining everything, and my head was hurting with all the information I wanted to pack into that conversation the computer, Raeck and Ijolen had.
But I couldn't properly describe it as Raeck didn't understand most things yet, this making writing it more difficult XD
At the same time though I realized that Raeck would propably not be able to stay ok during it all. He is suffering fro memorie loss afterall. So I cut myself off from all the info sharing and ended teh chapter XD or it would have proapbly been even longer.

Anyway XD
Finally we learn some stuff^^
And two of my favourite features of this story had their first show^^

One is the core and the PI^^ they are what I personally think would make our dragons super interestingly sci-fi like without using old things or clichés like cyborgs, space suits or special glasses. Not to mention, I didnt want to force our dragons into clothes or have them walk on two legs XD
I wanted to have dragons in their feral ways, clotheless, on all fours and everything^^ So I had ot come up with something.And what better then the PI XD
I'll explain more about how it works later on in the story, but I guess you all sorta figured out what it is in a general sense^^

The second one is the Computer^^
... well... not much to say XD
Of course there would be a computer when they were on a 'ship' and this is sci-fi XD
Not much is shown of it so far, but I hope to have given some unique feeling to it already
I try to have the AI here be a mix of something that is as alive as any other creature on board, but that is bound to computer laws in the end.
Lets see how I will continue writing it^^

Next chapter I'll cover some things in the hope to explain a thing or two about the stories universe, before action cuts the tour short XD
As I'll cover only a little bit, purpusfully ot keep as much mystery and suprises for alter to it I would like you all to tell me what you would love to know most abuot the universe of teh story so far^^
I'm not saying I'll answer all your questions in teh next chapter But I'd still like to see what my readesr would like to know more about
